In the unlikley event that you are not satisfied with your purchase return within 7 days of receipt in perfect condition for full refund pf purchase price
Shipping
All of our shipping is by Royal Mail First Class. The total shipping amount is based upon the combined weight of your items, and is calculated as recommended by Royal Mail. When you go to the checkout page and enter your address, our software will tell you the total cost of shipping to your destination. If at this point for some reason you decide to not to go ahead with your order, you have an option to cancel.
We aim to ship your item(s) within 24 hours of processing your order. Items purchased on a Saturday will be shipped on Monday morning, and items purchased over a holiday period will be shipped on the next business day immediately after the holiday.
You will receive an automated email from our system, at each stage of the process; when you place the order, when payment clears, when we ship the order, and one from Royal Mail when the postage label has been created. We believe it is a good thing to keep our customers updated on each step of the process.
Your package should arrive within 5-28 days in UK, Ireland, and Europe. Shipping to USA and rest of the world takes approximately10-28 days, although it is frequently sooner.
